Made partly of legumes and fruit. huh?? GLUTEN FREE too. Hey why not.
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 of an avocado
1 tsp oil (any kind really)
1/3 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar or sugar substitute of choice
some chocolate chips or coconut flakes or even peanut butter...!
Put it all in a blender or food processor, then into a greased 9x9 dish, into oven at 350, 35 minutes.
